ABOUT DIANA KEMPJONES

It's said that some people have their heads in the clouds. In the case of screenwriter and author, Diana Kemp-Jones, her head can be found beyond this world into the realm of stars somewhere to the left of Alpha Centauri.

At the age of seven, Diana began a writing career that would eventually culminate in a prolific collection of short stories, novels and screenplays involving elements of science fiction, the supernatural and a touch of horror. To this day, she still has the yellowed pages of stories she wrote in elementary school.

A native of Canada, she lived and worked in England for several years and now makes Los Angeles her home. She is an admitted eccentric and surrounds herself with an entourage of animals, houseplants and Art Deco memorabilia. A member of the International High IQ Society, she enjoys a good book, a good movie and glass of wine.

"I've been told by some that they think I'm not from this world," says Diana with a wry smile. "They may have a point. I never did fit into the normal scheme of things."
